Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings. Upgrades apply immediately and you are billed prorated for the remainder of your cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?+
Every new Pro workspace starts with a 14-day trial, no credit card required. After the trial, you can choose a monthly or annual plan.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?+
Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly, and non-profits and education teams are eligible for additional discounts.
What happens if I exceed a plan limit?+
We never cut you off. If you exceed a limit, we'll notify you and keep your workspace running while you choose the right plan.
